Fill your cup!!

How true. We try so hard to be everything for everybody. Everything that they need and exactly when and how they want it. We try at least. However, who fills our vessel when its empty?

Nobody can. You might believe that someone else has the power to do this and if so, I can safely bet that even if you have found that person the feeling is short lived. It simply isn't possible for someone else to feed your soul. Nobody has access to it for a start, only you.

Now if this makes sense to you can you do me a favour please, pop the kettle on or if the mood takes you pour yourself a glass of something stronger and listen up. If nobody else can fill your cup but you, then its fair to say that you can't do it for anyone else either so for goodness sake give yourself a break and stop trying to be everything to and for everybody else around you and invest in yourself. What they need is you and you can be guaranteed that its not what you are doing for others, but how you are making them feel that leaves the lasting impact.

Find what feeds your soul, prioritise the time to do exactly that and remember to fill up your cup!! 😘
